Description:-
Asset-tack HD is a heavy duty, tamper resistant asset label which is laser etched.
It provides high resistance to abrasion, chemical attack and weathering and is therefore suitable for external application and harsh conditions.
Features:-

Destructible, dual layer, acrylic film with permanent acrylic adhesive.

Laser engraved to your requirements (black with white text).

Wide (in use) temperature range.

High resistance to impact, abrasion, weathering, UV radiation and corrosion.

Computer controlled engraving can include text, logo, sequential numbering and/or bar-coding,

Ideal for use outdoors or in harsh environments.
Test results:-
- Heat resistance, -50 °C to + 300°C.
- Wind and weather resistant, 2000 hours as per DIN test 53387 (equivalent to approx 4-5 years).
- Detergent solution at 65°C, 1hrs, no damage.
- Distilled water at 65°C, 390 hrs, no damage.
- SAE motor oil at 25°C, 250 hrs, no damage.
- Caustic soda Lye, 200 hrs, no damage.
- Sulphuric acid, 30%, 300 hrs, no damage.
- Unleaded fuel, 1hrs, no damage.
- 95% relative humidity at 38 °C, 250 hrs, no damage.
- White spirit at 23°C, 30 mins, no damage.
